Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EPPE Exclusive Package | Destination Costa Rica Concierge Services & Luxury Logistics. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.

1. Bookings and Payments

Currency: All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD), unless shown otherwise in Costa Rica CRC.
Confirmation: Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in your itinerary.
Inclusions: Prices include only what is explicitly listed in your final itinerary.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid.

Standard Season (FIT - Individuals)

45+ days before arrival: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
44 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount.
29 to 15 days before arrival: 25% refund of the total amount.
Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund applicable (100% penalty).

Peak Season (Dec 15 – Jan 5 / Easter Week)

Cancellations for Peak Season dates are generally non-refundable if made within 90 days of arrival.

Concierge & Day Services

Day Tours/Transfers: Must be cancelled at least 48–72 hours in advance for a partial refund.
No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for "No-Shows" or unused portions of any itinerary.

3. Responsibility and Liability

Third-Party Providers: EPPE Exclusive Package | Destination Costa Rica Concierge Services & Luxury Logistics acts as an agent for hotels, other tour operators - (when needed), and other transport companies - (when needed). Their individual policies may supersede ours.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or other "Acts of God".
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or medical emergencies.

4. Requirements

Documentation: It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and required visas for entry into Costa Rica.
